◎ Fig1 : Pallet is simply placed on the open
ZeroClamp clamping pot. There is no
risk of jamming.
◎ Fig2 : The spring elements keep the locking
unit (clamping wedges) open due to the
air pressure (5.5 bar) in the air hose.
◎ Fig3 : Zeroclamp positions the workpiece to
the planar support faces with a clamping force
of 25 kN by bleeding the air hose.
